Stainless Steel Pipe and Heat Exchanger Cleaner
NGP Ultra Fluid is an industrial-strength cleaning concentrate designed for stainless steel, duplex and super duplex equipment. It helps remove rust, lime scale and stubborn deposits from pipes, plate heat exchangers, dipping trays and industrial components.
The product can be diluted with water according to the contamination level. It may also be used as a reusable dipping solution for repeated cleaning cycles. Heating the cleaning solution can improve performance during demanding marine, offshore and industrial cleaning projects.

How to Use NGP Ultra Fluid
- Remove loose rust, damaged paint and other loose deposits.
- Pre-clean heavy oil and grease before applying Ultra Fluid.
- Dilute the product with clean water according to the contamination level.
- Apply by circulation, dipping, spray or brush, depending on the equipment.
- Allow approximately 4–24 hours of contact time.
- Drain the cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Manufacturer dilution guidance: Prepare the cleaning mixture with approximately 50–80% water, depending on deposit severity and the approved cleaning procedure.
Important: Ultra Fluid has a pH below 2. Confirm material compatibility before application and use suitable chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. Always follow the latest Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet.
