How to Use NGP Green Fluid
- Remove loose contamination, oil and grease before treatment.
- Dilute Green Fluid with clean water according to the contamination level and approved cleaning procedure.
- Fill, circulate or soak the affected system as appropriate.
- Allow sufficient contact time for the deposits to dissolve.
- Drain the cleaning solution and rinse the system thoroughly with clean water.
Manufacturer guidance: Use a mixture containing approximately 50–80% water, depending on the contamination level. Typical contact time is approximately 4–24 hours, depending on temperature, system material and deposit severity.
Important: Green Fluid is not intended to remove oil or grease. Pre-clean oily contamination with a suitable degreaser. Do not use on galvanized, zinc-coated, metalized-zinc or zinc-ethyl-silicate surfaces. Always perform a compatibility test and follow the latest Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet.
