Application
The main field of application is the surface optimization of vibratory feeding devices such as feeder bowls in stepped, conical or cylindrical designs. The coatings also protect against scratching, marking, impact, shock and wear.
Processing
MetaLine Series 500 is applied using high-end paint spraying tools and an airless spray system. Thin layers of up to 500 microns are applied with approximately 120 bar spray pressure.
Surface Benefits
The rubber-like coating is thermally and electrically insulating, machinable by most processes, and temperature resistant up to 100°C dry. Selected grades offer FDA and EU food safety compatibility.

MetaLine Series 600 provides solvent-free, castable and trowelable elastomer protection for heavy-duty wear, impact, erosion and surface rebuilding applications.

Features
MetaLine Series 600 is designed for customer-specific self-application where spray processing is not ideal. It is suitable for cold casting operations, single parts and small series from 50 g up to 20 kg.
Processing
The system uses 2-component manual mixing with a typical pot life of around 30 minutes. It can be castable, injectable, trowelable or brushable, with no special tools required.
Protection
High tensile and tear strength make MetaLine Series 600 suitable for impact, shock, wear, erosion, scratch protection, noise deadening and slip-resistant surface applications.
