PolyPad Super‑Chock
PolyPad Super-Chock is developed to provide solid foundation by chocking or grouting for marine, pump and industrial applications. It has tested to have extremely low thermal shrinkage, high impact and compression strength. PolyPad is supplied in two parts – chocking compound and hardener.
PolyPad has obtained the approval from major class societies including LR/EU, ABS and CCS, and is the first chocking compound with EU certification.
PolyPad has been applied to the chocking of stern tube, rudder, main/auxiliary engine, deck machineries and pumps for over a hundred vessels in the last couple of years. The vessel type includes container vessel, bulk carrier, tanker, ferry, work boat … etc.
PolyPad is produced by AMG in Hong Kong with straight quality assurance under ISO 9001:2008. The chocking compound is supplied worldwide through our experienced distributors and is applied by our factory trained service engineers to the total satisfaction of our customers
