DURASIN is an epoxy based compound containing 100% solids and it could be used as a MARINE EPOXY CHOCKING PRODUCT for mounting/installation of Main Engines and Propulsion System, Gearboxes, Transom Flanges (Of Jet Propulsion System), Pedestal Blocks or Bearings, Shaft Seals, Stern-Tube and Strut Bearings, Rudder Pintle Bearings, Steering Gears, Mooring and Anchor Windlass Winches, Crane Pedestal Bearings, FIFI and Cargo Pumps, Shaft Generators, D G Sets, Bow Thruster Propulsion Systems, Compressor Foundations and Generator from the Power Generating Systems etc.
- It easily withstands a high degree of both physical and thermal shock during operation and provides precise equipment alignment.
- It is also used for EPOXY GROUTING of INDUSTRIAL machinery such as Crane Rails and Heavy equipment.
- It gives ‘EXCELLENT RESULT’ when used as a ‘Backing Compound’ for Crusher Wear Plates of either a Cone or a Primary or any Large Gyratory Crusher.
